What is Lift?

Lift is a guided home weights workout using dumbbells, which is delivered via a one way stream. If your schedule allows you can join me in real time for the live sessions, or as most do, catch up on replay at a time convenient to you!

Each workout in this 8wk programme, is unique and offers a different focus. There is also have a very short but surprisingly effective fitness element, again focusing on different fitness elements. Each session lasts approximately 20 to 25mins.

You must be medically cleared for this type of programme prior to commencing, if any existing condition or issue is present. Screener forms will be required to check all is suitable for you.
