A Little Bit About Me
Your Fitness Coach
I am a fully insured and qualified level 2 Exercise to Music Instructor and have been taking classes regularly since 2014 when I decided that I needed a drastic cure for my shyness! Having had a passion for group fitness for many years previous, and having attended a huge range of classes over the years I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to jump in with both feet.....and have never looked back!.

I have since become a fully licensed Zumba instructor, a level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor, a level 3 Pre & Post Natal Fitness Instructor, a qualified 200hr Yoga Teacher, a Metafit Coach, a Studio Resistance Instructor, a Sunrise Yoga Instructor, a Myofascial Release & Foam Roller Instructor, a Senior Fitness Specialist, an Indoor Cycling Instructor, a PiYo Live! Instructor, Transform Instructor, SoulFusion Instructor, Lift Lean Instructor and Sit Fitness Instructor and recently passed my Exercise Referral Diploma, my level 4 Exercise Therapy Qualification, my Movement Optimisation Coach and qualified as a coach in The BioMechanics Method. I have also attended various workshops to better my knowledge for this therapeutic specialism and recently completed a Kinesiology Taping Practitioner CPD course. I love learning how the body moves and helping people move better.

I have been lucky enough to choreograph a lot of my own classes, including my own Fusion and bands classes, so have lots of hands on experience and my newest baby, Lifters, is proving so beneficial to my clients that it's even having positive impacts on quality of life!

My absolute passion is seeing people achieve things they once thought impossible, and helping increase mobility and strength to improve quality of life. I know first hand how life changing exercise classes are, not only physically, but mentally too, and the confidence they can bring to the surface is a privilege to be part of.

A consequence of my previous shyness means I am a huge introvert and in my spare time I tend to work lots on fitness "stuff". I used to enjoy spending time with my two wee fur babies, but sadly lost both last year.. I am a passionate hill walker and love exploring new landscapes and vistas and in 2021 fulfilled an ambition to walk The West Highland Way which we did fully unsupported carrying our camping kit! We are very tempted to do it again!(check out my blog section for some of my walks), I spend lots of time with my family, when the stars align to allow it hehe!
